Pearl is our latest house, due to be opened in early 2009  Like the other Sandboys houses, it’s by the seaside in the popular family resort of Fort-Mahon-Plage. This pretty house has all the stylish features you’d expect to find in a Sandboys property

Pearl is furnished in our signature modern style, with original modern art, stylish lighting and comfortable modern furniture. There’s a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a shower room and a compact kitchen as well as an open plan living area.

You’ll find Pearl fully equipped, like the other Sandboys houses, with washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, glasses, crockery, cutlery and a range of quality utensils.  There’s even a hair dryer.

There’s a pleasant terrace, a small lawn (relax - you don’t have to mow it!), a table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a lockable outhouse where you’ll find garden furniture and where you can store your bikes, golf clubs, suitcases or other bulky bits and pieces.  Private off-road parking.

Ground Floor
Open-plan living room/kitchen with patio doors to terrace and enclosed garden. Dining table and chairs, futon settee (converts to double bed) and comfortable chairs. Satellite TV with UK channels, DVD player and i-pod dock . Shower room with WC and hand washbasin.

First Floor
1 x Double bedroom, 1 bedroom with twin beds
